Some comic relief and a good place to blow off steam.
Chilling-Not Here

I wanted to join freeze.com until, user name was not available, and I had to fill out the full application page over AGAIN. This is such a Neanderthal dated system of museum quality I am surprised, quit frankly, still allowed on line. This is such a waste of valuable time, that could only be compared to, well, Mr. Mc Goo. . Until your, want to be geeks, in happy-go-freeze land of "gee, I myself, should run through the form filling, waste your time, test your patience, loose good customers, piss off everybody, useless information gathering, redundant form filling web site, that should more appropriately be called, crap-o-freeze.com. I for one will not return until "hell freezes over", and frozen gee ked poplars get there chilled pop tarts together. If I had one word to describe my experience it would be "why I just could not believe it".

I enjoyed your very descriptive article and agree with what you say. Why people don't test their own web sites before they are launched is beyond me. It seems like they really don't give a #@*&*% if it works or not. But, then again, quality control appears to be a concept that now resides only in the Smithsonian as a piece of memorabilia from times past.

But, to return to your topic, I thought I'd add some thoughts about web site stupidity. The sites that really make me crazy are the ones that don't provide an e-mail address to let you contact them and you have to use their web site instead. Until I realized that cut & paste from Word was the only way to deal with these bozos, they would invariably time me out before I was finished, which ended up deleting the entire message. Talk about rage!

Hopefully, things will improve over time and those "losers" will be just that. They should obey the laws of survival of the fittest and disappear into oblivion.

man boobs

I think this brings the subject back on topic.
Yeah, I'll admit that some sites drive me up a digital wall when i have to re-enter about a page of info when something that they do not allow to be entered refreshes the page.

I hit the back page one those websites... I just hope none of mine do that
